Health Care for Dummies

Tom Price, head of HHS, is totally bewildered by all the opposition to the Republican healthcare plan. Even the insurance companies hate it, which is really saying something because generally the only thing they hate is paying out money for actual health care.

The biggest problem with the ever-changing reform plan is that it contains no new ideas. No good ones, either. No problem, according to Price.

"It’s really perplexing," he said, "especially from the insurance companies, because all they have to do is dust off how they did business before Obamacare."

Yes indeedy. Dust off those old practices like cancelling policies, refusing coverage or raising rates when people get sick. Those were the good old days.
