Definition of supply and demand, by Rick Perry, head of some agency he wanted to eliminate, which I can't remember but I know it's not education though he wanted to eliminate that one as well so maybe it's um, gee, golly, can't remember. Oops.
Here's a little economics lesson: supply and demand. You put the supply out there, and the demand will follow.
I would make this stuff up if I needed to. But seriously. No need.
